Taste where it's made
Our cellar door on Omahu Road looks straight into the working winery, so you'll see where every bottle begins its life. Your host will guide you through a selection of wines from our signature Gimblett Gravels range to our Declaration reserve.
- Cellar Selection Tasting: five wines, 45 minutes, $25 per person.
- Declaration Tasting: five Declaration wines, beginning with our Méthode Traditionnelle, 1 hour, $50 per person.

Expect modern European food built on seasonal Hawke's Bay produce, served inside overlooking the winery or outside in our winery garden.
The wine list is led by Pask, including library vintages you won't find anywhere else. Drop in for coffee, linger over lunch or settle in for after-work drinks and dinner.

About Pask Winery
In 1981, Pask planted the first vines in an ancient Ngaruroro riverbed, founding Hawke's Bay's renowned Gimblett Gravels wine district. Four decades later, the Pask winemaking team remain as passionate as ever about creating Hawke's Bay wine to be shared and enjoyed.
Every bottle of Pask wine embodies the decades of experience, ethos of sustainability and care taken during every step of the winemaking process, elegantly expressing our unique terroir.
