In 1981, Pask planted the first vines in an ancient Ngaruroro riverbed, founding Hawke's Bay's renowned Gimblett Gravels wine district. 40 years later, the Pask winemaking team remain as passionate as ever about creating wines to be shared and enjoyed.

Every bottle of Pask wine embodies the decades of experience, ethos of sustainability and care taken during every step of the winemaking process, elegantly expressing our unique terroir.

Medium-deep crimson. Beautiful raspberry, black pepper aromas with underlying roasted chestnut notes. Supple and expressive with plentiful pure raspberry, strawberry fruits fine slinky textures, lovely mid palate viscosity and well-integrated roasted chestnut notes. Finishes chalky, juicy and minerally with a fine tannin plume. Elegantly styled but superbly balanced wine. Drink now - 2028 Andrew Cailliard

Our New Cellar Door

After several years in the making, we are thrilled to introduce a one-of-a-kind opportunity for creative and experience restaurant and bar operators to manage the F&B offering of our new Cellar Door venue, nestled between central Hastings and our vineyard on the Gimblett Gravels.
